The last second chance
Friday, August 4th, 2006You know how, when you think you’re falling out of love with someone and you’re not entirely sure you want to, you keep giving it second chances hoping something would change, until you realize that it just isn’t going to work? Maybe you might even come to understand that it really isn’t even the other person’s problem, because you’re the one who’s changed. I’m sure this is familiar to you.
Anyway, the point of this whole juvenile analogy is, I find that it applies to situations other than those dealing with people. More specifically, I’m referring to biology.
This is the last second chance for it. I really believe in being patient about things, but enough is enough.
